In Great Britain and Germany, they pulled out stocks of once-banned weapons from hiding and employed previously unthinkable tactics against the enemy. Although the lack of fuel forced humanity to return to horses and carriages, physicists were feverishly working on creating the first man-made nuclear bomb - with terrifying results. City after city is turning into an atomic funeral pyre, and the planet is exploding in fiery ruins. The tactics of brave partisans are becoming increasingly sophisticated, while the enemy's desperate retaliation is becoming ever more horrifying.
