In reality, however, the quality of food is declining while only the profits of a few companies are rising. Italian journalist Stefano Liberti has traveled the world for many years observing the functioning of the global market – he spent a long time among migrants on the journey between Africa and Europe, writing and filming about refugees, small farmers losing their land and livelihoods, and most recently returned to Italy to dedicate a book to the consequences of the climate crisis.
