Beschreibung
Luule Viilma’s books explore the energy of the mind, which she considers the most important energy for a person. This influential and popular esoteric doctor devoted her life to helping people heal, sometimes in seemingly miraculous ways, firmly believing that when people free themselves from misguided thinking, negativity and stubbornness, their entire being comes into harmony, leaving illness without a place or reason. The book considers how rigid judgments about oneself and life can lead to suffering, and argues that there are no simply good or bad people, only people living in good or harmful ways. Those who are ill, and whose lives are therefore also out of balance, have shifted this fragile equilibrium strongly towards the harmful. Anyone who dislikes having their mistakes pointed out and being shown how to correct them condemns themselves to suffering, while sick people may also spread negativity to those around them. Reflections on the right attitude to life are regularly accompanied by numerous examples from the author’s practice, making the book both philosophical and practical. It aims to help people live better, healthier and happier lives. Among its more specific subjects are explanations of what different parts of the body and health problems may signify in terms of incorrect opinions, feelings and behaviour patterns. Considerable attention is also given to lifestyle, diet, overweight and weight loss, including a theory linking different foods and cravings with unacknowledged feelings. Alcoholism and the increasingly widespread problem of workaholism are also discussed, along with destructive emotions such as anger, fear, self-pity, shame, sadness, greed and envy. The central message is love and the need to forgive, as love is presented as the only truly appropriate human emotion.
