The Great Journey Continues follows the very successful debut of Slovenian traveler Igor Brezovar, who lives among us. In the first book, The Great Journey Begins, we learned how a small boy living in the picturesque Slovenian village of Žužemberk developed a desire to travel, explore, and discover the world. Then we traveled with him across parts of Europe, Africa, and Asia, experiencing the lives and customs of people in exotic corners... The Great Journey Continues picks up with the life story of an already experienced traveler who is fulfilling his dream of traveling the world, at least its 'navigable' parts. In the book, we will wade through Mongolian rivers with Igor, drown a motorcycle, ride along the Trans-Siberian Highway, and participate in a yurt party. We will reach Japan, sleep in parks, taste seaweed, fish, and sashimi, ride around Mount Fuji, and visit the legendary Nagano. After a travel break following the birth of his second child, we will move to the USA, Anchorage in Alaska, and experience the American dream, beautiful national parks, Route 66, American choppers, and country music, jazz, and blues. Through Mexico, we will continue through Central and South America, where the most beautiful women in the world live (Colombia), and we will travel through Ecuador, Peru, and high-altitude roads...
