Týmová supervize – Baštecká Bohumila (2025)

Team supervision is being released nearly ten years later as a second, revised edition of the successful title from 2016. Compared to the first edition, the chapters on relationships and supervision models have been particularly expanded. The authors bring a reflective perspective and awareness of diverse contexts into the dynamic team events. They maintain the proven triangular model 3×3: They first address the trio of organizational (social), team, and supervisory contexts within which supervision takes place. The focus of reflection, i.e., the purpose of team supervision, is examined in the trio of Goals (Why supervise?), Processes (What to supervise?), and Relationships (How to supervise?). The small and large supervisory arc is approached through the trio of contracting, intervening, and evaluating. The authors strive to balance the Czech supervisory tradition with new development directions, including an emphasis on reflexivity, diversity, cultural humility, and sustainability. They perceive teams and supervision as environments of democratic values worth striving for today and in the future.
