When police investigator Marek Wolf left Canada and returned to Slovakia a year and a half ago, he was convinced that he had definitively closed that chapter of his life. But then an unknown murderer sends him a photograph from the crime scene with a message: "Do you want to know the truth about your father? You must return to Montreal."
The local underworld was once ruled by mobster Anthony Rizzo. Those days are long gone; Rizzo is behind bars, and his henchmen have scattered. After years, old sins resurface, and the killer's list of victims grows. At first glance, the murders seem unrelated, but Marek uncovers that all the victims worked for the old mobster. What does his father have to do with all this, and what is the truth that only the killer knows about him? Wolf realizes he is rushing into a trap, but he can't help himself. He won't stop until he uncovers the truth. However, it may cost him his life.
