Alex, léto a já – Henryová Emily (2022)

Poppy and Alex, Alex and Poppy. They actually have nothing in common at all. She is like a wild card, he wears beige pants. She has an unquenchable desire to travel, he prefers to stay home with a book. But somehow, since that memorable ride home from college, they have become best friends. Most of the time, they live in different places – she in New York, he in their hometown – but for the past ten years, they have taken an amazing vacation together every year. Or rather, they used to. Two years ago, everything fell apart, and they haven't spoken since. Poppy actually has everything she could want, but the routine is killing her. When someone asks her when she was last truly happy, she knows for sure it was on that last disastrous vacation with Alex. So she decides to convince her former best friend that they should go away together one more time and sort everything out. Miraculously, Alex agrees – and now she has a week to fix everything. If only she could avoid one single thing that has been hanging in the air since the beginning of their friendship! What could possibly go wrong?
