The time of autumn is, on one hand, absolutely fantastic; its colors change like in a kaleidoscope. It is also a time of fulfillment, when we gather the fruits that the Earth offers us, but it is also a time of falling asleep and the arrival of darkness. No season has so many faces, and the traveler wants to know them all. Autumn, as the end of the year, suits reflection, and thus returns to history. Our journey will follow the path of the cross, the first steps of a new faith that later dominated all of Europe. From Levý Hradec to Budč. We will visit Tolštejn, or the Crow Castle, which rises in the Elbe Valley and was a model for many paintings during the Romantic period. We will also be interested in the most mysterious Slavic fortification above the Kokořín Valley, where our unknown ancestors defeated the army of Charlemagne. We will get to know the place of the miraculous apparition of the Virgin Mary and many other places that are not very well known.
