Prvok, Šampón, Tečka a Karel – Hartl Patrik (2025)

This novel tells the story of four friends with a humorous perspective, who, twenty years after graduation, try to ask themselves whether they are really living the way they wanted when they were eighteen. And since they have to admit that they would probably be disappointed in themselves, they have no choice but to decide whether they want to do something about it.

If Karel were to characterize what this book is like, he would probably say it is a challenge. A challenge not to be afraid to change in the midst of decay and to face comfort.

Prvok would probably not hesitate to pathetically add that it is a story about freedom and the courage needed for it. And also about how to love. Wives, lovers, mothers, and daughters.

Tečka wouldn't care because he doesn't read books. But if he knew how many women he would sleep with in this story, it might interest him enough to read this particular novel.

And Šampón would mainly consider it important for readers to have a good time while reading this book. Because, according to him, it is primarily about what Freddie Mercury sang:
