The introductory pages of the methodological guide include a brief introduction to all the methodological materials prepared for teaching the first subject in this grade. Teachers also have access to an overview of the curriculum and expected outcomes according to individual chapters, as well as key competencies of students. The methodological guide also provides a proposal for dividing the curriculum into individual months of the school year. The core part of the methodological guide is a description of how to work with the individual pages of the textbook. At the end of the methodological guide, there is an appendix containing poems and songs related to the various topics of the first subject. Teachers can use them at their discretion in different parts of the lesson.
