Dějepis 9 - Novověk, moderní dějiny

We have prepared a comprehensive series of history textbooks that are designed in accordance with RVP ZV. History is presented to students in an understandable language and in the simplest form possible. The textbooks do not emphasize names and dates but focus on finding the causes and connections of historical events as well as everyday life. Each chapter, in addition to the curriculum, includes illustrative diagrams, maps, photographs, and images. Furthermore, they include interdisciplinary links in the form of references to corresponding material in other textbooks from the series, cross-cutting themes, group tasks, terms in English and German, review tasks, interesting facts, internet work, map work, expected outcomes, key competencies, and project proposals. We have prepared tools for you: timelines and maps. These textbooks are also processed in an interactive form. Just like in History 7 and 8, History 9 also begins with review summaries and tasks. The textbook covers the period from the end of World War I to the present. It aims to present basic historical events clearly and in context, explaining their causes and consequences. Timelines at the beginning of each major chapter and period maps help students navigate better. A brief summary follows each chapter.
