I kept thinking about what it's like to be someone who essentially exists on a completely different level, somewhere where no rules apply at all, where you have all that amazing power and strength... and then suddenly you become an ordinary person. An office messenger. Given who you used to be, it might be worse than prison. And that story started to really draw me in because I thought that if I took a similar approach as in CRIMINAL, I could process it in a way that wouldn't be possible in Marvel or DC. It could be a lot more fun. So I started writing it and at the same time began building the entire world in my notebook. And by the time I reached the end, I had so many ideas in the notebook that I knew I would have to write another story someday, and maybe not just one. The first book titled INKOGNITO was primarily an introduction to Zack Overkill and an introduction to the world around him through his experiences in the Witness Protection Program. But the second book, BAD INFLUENCE, ventured into darker territory, where good and evil divide, revealing more layers of that world.
