The Suicide Squad is definitely not some superhero team. Dangerous criminals, forced to cooperate by Amanda Waller, are at best a bunch of uncontrolled loose cannons. Until now, explosives in their skulls kept them in check, but those are gone now, and the Suicide Squad is completely out of control. However, during the event known as ETERNAL EVIL, all the famous heroes disappeared from Earth. And the psychopaths of the Suicide Squad are the last ones left to protect our world! Waller sends a team consisting of Deadshot, Harley Quinn, and Captain Boomerang to prevent the malevolent and genius Thinker from acquiring a weapon of unimaginable power. But there's a catch – the Thinker has built his own Suicide Squad with Power Girl, Steel, and the Unknown Soldier... which is a combination that at least matches the original.
