However, Japan captivates her, especially due to her encounter with painter Tomohiro. But who is this exceptionally talented artist? Their mutual resonance unexpectedly turns into a dangerous drama, and Zou must seek refuge in an environment she does not know and where she stands out at every turn. Martina Leierová's debut novel combines a dramatic story with a detective plot, psychological prose about self-discovery, as well as adventurous travel through Japan and exploration of its rich culture.
