The workbook Colorful English 2 is designed as an ideal supplementary material for most publications commonly used in teaching English at the primary school level. It contains a variety of fun exercises with illustrations for coloring, filling in, or drawing. These tasks serve to diversify and reinforce the curriculum both in English classes and during home preparation. It also includes a removable card with templates for three board games focused on the vocabulary being covered, an answer key, an English-Czech dictionary, and online audio recordings with accompanying transcripts. Language level: A0 (Starter) in accordance with the RVP ZV. The purpose of the exercises in the publication is, in addition to developing elementary vocabulary and English language structures, to practice fine motor skills using pictures for coloring or tracing letters or whole words. The exercises focus on both the auditory and graphic forms of the English language, on mastering basic vocabulary, and reinforcing sentence structures.
