The book follows the author's earlier political and philosophical publications 'Civilization on the Threshold of the 21st Century' and 'The Perspective of Humanity, Man, and the Social State.' The new publication presents the organizational forms of the human associational process in historical development. It points to the developmental movements and social phenomena that accompany the evolution of humanity. It presents alternatives for optimal, catastrophic, and crisis situations in the further possible development of humanity. It is an analytical, but also synthetic view of the perspective of humanity under the constant threat of weapons of mass destruction from the position of contemporary civil society, that is, during a period when human society has reached the possibility of self-destruction and the search for new perspectives in cosmic space.
