In this Czech-language autobiographical book, world-famous supermodel and actress Gisele Bündchen shares the experiences, opinions and life lessons that have shaped her and helped her lead a meaningful life. Known worldwide as a successful and dazzling Brazilian beauty, she reveals a more private side of herself and describes a life that was not always as flawless as it appeared. Bündchen grew up with her five sisters in southern Brazil and was discovered by a modelling agent at the age of 14. Four years later, her appearance at Alexander McQueen’s unforgettable London fashion show featuring artificial rain launched her among the most sought-after top models. She has since appeared in almost 450 advertising campaigns, on more than 1,200 magazine covers and in nearly 500 fashion shows for leading international brands. Illustrated with photographs from her public and private life, the book traces her journey from a barefoot childhood in a small Brazilian town to international success, motherhood and marriage.
