We live in a time of intensified attack on the existing Western society from progressive circles trying to dismantle its traditions and institutions to create a new society and a new human being. Hypertrophied human rights have become one of the battering rams used in this attack on society. The strengthening of judicial power and the attempt to circumvent political democracy and the will of the citizens through their decisions in promoting a political agenda is unfortunately a sad practice of our time, and international organizations like the European Court of Human Rights stand at the top of this pyramid. It is therefore important for information and experiences regarding the functioning of this institution to be known to the wider public, and it is equally important for the political sphere and the general public to pay attention to who represents the Czech Republic in this influential institution.
