Vladimíra Jedličková (March 20, 1878 - March 24, 1953, née Marie Vladimíra Olga Krumbholzová) is considered one of the significant figures in Czech Art Nouveau literature, although she could only publish one book of poetic prose during her lifetime, "Povídky o ničem" (1903). She published only under literary pseudonyms of both female and male genders, the most typical being "Edvard Klas." After the author's death, her prose appeared only in thematic anthologies or study guides, but a new and editorially complete edition of these artistically exclusive prose works is only now being released. This is an expanded edition of her book "Povídky o ničem," which will also provide a comprehensive literary-historical picture of her artistic development and literary legacy.
