The novel connects several worlds that form a continuous causal chain of human perception of fate throughout life. It traverses multiple levels, creating an emotional pyramid whose foundation is the ancestral trauma of Judaism. A woman – a writer and poet, and a man – an exact scientist, meet again in the final stage of life after half a century to realize a unique return to their ancestral roots, which they could not adequately experience in their previous relationships. The woman uncovers the secrets of the man's communication and relational failures. She confronts the fact that the man is a person with Asperger's syndrome. Despite their age, both transcend their previous limits and experience the strongest love relationship of their lives. Their internal and external dialogue is a poetic search for answers to the meaning of their experiences, but also a factual and experienced insight into the darker side of dreams.
