The anthology provides a comprehensive overview of the key case law of the higher courts of the Czech Republic for the year 2024, concerning the protection of personality and the protection of the good reputation of legal entities. It also includes a groundbreaking finding from the Constitutional Court, which was published only in January 2025. Each judgment is accompanied by a legal statement, a brief description of the case, and reasoning.
The anthology is intended for a broader legal and non-legal audience, such as journalists, students, and interested parties.
