The collection of twenty contributions summarizes the past 30 years of the activities of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic from the perspective of its current and former judges, representatives of the academic sphere, and lawyers. Readers can familiarize themselves with the balance of the most significant decisions of the Constitutional Court and the issues that this court will very likely have to address in the near future. Several texts provide a detailed analysis of the selection and nomination process of constitutional judges, as well as some key agendas that the Constitutional Court decides on.
