The university textbook explains administrative procedural law – general part in a readable and accessible manner. The book, in its sixth edition, responds to amendments to the administrative code as well as to the new legal regulation of administrative penalties. It also conveys further developments in the case law of administrative courts and the Constitutional Court in this area. The text includes fundamental decisions of these courts as well as interpretative opinions and conclusions of the Advisory Board of the Minister of the Interior regarding the administrative code on certain procedural institutions. Excerpts from case law and interpretative opinions are provided at the end of each chapter for better understanding of the issues. Although the publication is primarily intended for law students, it can also serve the practice of public administration.
