The publication contains 85 templates for submissions and court decisions clearly divided by individual areas of family law. You will find templates regarding personal status (e.g., emancipation or determination of surname) and in paternity disputes (determination and denial of paternity), templates for interventions in parental responsibility (e.g., replacement of the consent of the other parent for medical procedures or school selection, limitation of parental responsibility for managing the child's property) as well as for the imposition of educational measures (supervision orders, institutional upbringing).
