Beschreibung
The collection brings together ten student works from a field seminar on constitutional law, held in July 2022 by the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Domažlice. It is thematically focused on issues of constitutional law and security that have arisen both in connection with Russia's shameful aggressive war against Ukraine and in connection with the use of states of emergency in peacetime in response to threats to public health from the coronavirus pandemic, as well as in the ongoing clash and comparison of individual human rights and the value of security.
