The book comprehensively addresses the legal issues of state property. It responds to numerous and often fundamental changes in the legal regulation of the management and handling of state property and related legal regulations, the development of application practice in this area (including relevant case law), and its institutional assurance. It connects and confronts more theoretical questions of state property law with its property law reality. It deals with fundamental questions regarding the exercise, or rather the executors, of ownership rights and other property rights of the state, the concept of state property, the acquisition of property by the state, management, so-called provisional management, and the handling of state property, liability for damages and for compliance with obligations in managing the given property, as well as the control of this management. The publication defines the basic goals and tasks in the area of state property law.
