The monograph is dedicated to the issue of the distribution of investment instruments as an important intermediary between the supply and demand sides in the financial market and its public regulation. The author analyzes the still not entirely clarified questions of the regulation of investment instrument distribution through their theoretical definition and analysis of legal regulation, and also evaluates their handling in practice. The first two chapters of the monograph are devoted to general theoretical questions, including key concepts of distribution in the financial market and investment instruments. The third chapter deals with investors as the recipients of distribution, where the author analyzes the aspect of the number of investors and the categorization of investors, as well as the various categories of distributors, evaluating the scope of their powers within distribution activities, focusing on the investment intermediary as a distributor characteristic of the domestic financial market. The fourth chapter of the monograph defines the various legal forms of investment instrument distribution, with particular emphasis on the theoretically and practically significant area of offering investments in investment funds.
