The monograph captures a representative picture of the development of administrative judiciary in our territory up to the present, into which competence exclusions are embedded. The monograph is both a theoretical and practical work. The introduction explains the concept of competence exclusions against the background of the definition of administrative judiciary. Furthermore, it delineates the jurisdiction of administrative courts in various periods of the development of administrative judiciary in our territory, including competence exclusions. It also captures the legal regulation of administrative judiciary and competence exclusions in their current valid and effective form. For each of the competence exclusions, the author points out the problems that may arise in practice during its application and refers to specific cases.
