Zdeněk Rytíř became famous not only for his hundreds of beautiful texts and poems but also for being one of the few prominent artists of his time who did not succumb to tabloid culture. He did not wish for his life to be publicly discussed and did not strive to write his own autobiography. There was a certain modesty in this - he invested his personality almost exclusively into his creative work. Out of respect for the memory of this extraordinary man, we will not attempt to sensationalize his personal life even after his death. We will try to give you a glimpse of how he lived through his earliest poems and texts from his most productive and renowned creative period. Photographs, most of which have not been published before, will also help us in this. We will not tell you much more about Zdeněk Rytíř than he would have said about himself, but thanks to this collection of poems and song lyrics, you can get to know what kind of person he was and what impressions and feelings he left in those closest to him.
