A standard method of mathematics in a new concept for 4th and 5th grades. The connection of mathematics with local history topics. The mathematics curriculum is thematically integrated into the story of four friends who explore the Czech Republic. The new textbook is particularly interesting due to its integrated tasks with interdisciplinary relationships. The textbook contains a wealth of numerical tasks and word problems from both basic and extended curricula (including integrated tasks) and includes the topic of FRACTIONS - newly included in the RVP. The basic curriculum is always based on illustrative explanations and active learning.
