The Building Act has recently been the subject of eight larger and smaller amendments, containing over 100 points of change effective mainly from August 1, 2025, October 1, 2025, and from 2026. All these changes are highlighted in bold in the text and differentiated by the date of effectiveness; alongside the Building Act, the law on accelerating the construction of strategic infrastructure has also changed. A comprehensive regulation on project documentation for transport constructions has been newly included in the publication, along with minor changes to other regulations. Following the changes, the register related to the Building Act has been updated.
