Beschreibung
The first chapter contains the current wording of the law on financial control and its implementing regulations, as well as the law on the review of the management of territorial self-governing units and voluntary associations of municipalities, the control order, the law on the Supreme Audit Office, and selected provisions of budgetary rules. The second chapter contains the amended law on the property of the Czech Republic and its representation in legal relations, the regulation on the management of organizational units of the state and state organizations with state property, the government regulation on the data of the central register of administrative buildings, the law on the Office for the Representation of the State in Property Matters, and the law on state enterprises.
