During a short period from June 1, 2025, there have been further changes to the Civil Service Act, in connection with the flexi-amendment to the Labor Code – changes are being made to the provisions regarding the probationary period of civil servants, conditions for the dismissal of superiors, the application of the certification period, the role of trade unions in the service office, and other rules of civil service. In addition to the law, the publication includes 16 other current government regulations and decrees – areas of civil service, paid work interruptions, rules for balancing family and personal life with the performance of civil service, organization of the service office, measures related to reporting suspicions of unlawful conduct, equivalence of certain exams and professional qualifications of the special part of the civil service exam, and other regulations. New regulations for the remuneration of civil servants have been included in the publication. The publication contains a detailed index to the Civil Service Act.
