After more than a year of discussions, a fundamental amendment to the Labor Code (the so-called flex amendment) has been approved, which will bring a number of important changes in the area of labor relations (longer probationary period, notice period, vacation, occupational health examinations, work of minors during holidays, and more) effective from June 1, 2025 – all these changes are highlighted in bold in the text of the Labor Code. A detailed and updated index has been prepared for the code, which facilitates navigation through the extensive legal regulation.
