The publication contains the complete set of regulations for the III. pension pillar. Since the last edition, the law on supplementary pension savings has been amended, with 30 changes effective from January 2024; the law on pension insurance with a state contribution and some other laws and regulations have also been changed. A new law on the pan-European personal pension product has been included. The publication also features the current wording of the law on the activities of employee pension insurance institutions and other government regulations and decrees. The latest changes are highlighted in bold, and references to related regulations are fully cited.
