The publication contains laws and regulations in the field of public health protection (living and working conditions, prevention of the occurrence and spread of infectious diseases), health protection against the harmful effects of addictive substances, and compensation for harm caused by mandatory vaccinations. Since the last edition, the law on public health protection and the law on health protection against the harmful effects of addictive substances have changed significantly; smaller changes have also occurred in other regulations. Some provisions regarding occupational safety are included in the Basic Legal Regulation on Safety and Health Protection at Work.
