Starting in 2024, a groundbreaking change to the energy law will allow the production and sharing of generated electricity within a group of up to ten people (active customers) or within energy communities (community energy - more information here). Changes have also been made to the Energy Management Act and the Act on Supported Energy Sources. In the new publication, you will find the current texts of all these laws, as well as the texts of the most commonly used regulations, including the key regulation on the Electricity Market Rules; other regulations and government decrees are available for free at www.ene.sagit.cz in the section Regulations on the topic/Full text. The latest changes to all regulations are highlighted in bold, and references to related regulations are fully cited.
