The publication contains a complete set of legal regulations from the enforcement area - the enforcement code, the regulation on procedures for carrying out enforcement activities, the regulation on the central register of enforcement, and the enforcement tariff. It also includes some professional regulations, namely the office rules and the rules of professional ethics and competition for court bailiffs. The law on special reasons for halting enforcement (the forgiving summer) is also included. A separate chapter contains the law on public auctions and the regulation on setting conditions for electronic auctions.
