As of January 2023, a comprehensive amendment to the Copyright Act came into effect, affecting more than 80 provisions of the law. The publication further contains the current wording of legal regulations in the field of copyright and industrial rights – the law on the protection of industrial designs, trademarks, utility models, inventions and improvements, protection of topographies, protection of geographical indications, protection of rights to plant varieties, patent representatives, protection of rights to varieties, protection of Olympic symbols, and other regulations; a total of 37 regulations in full text including decrees and selected provisions of related regulations; bold highlighting of the latest changes.
