The two-part prose Bezejmenná (1986) is similar to Sklepní práce (1973) and Leden na vsi (1977) in that it is a textual collage, dominated by diary entries, specific personal confessions, accounts of the lives of friends from the underground and dissent, polemics, and possibly political and philosophical reflections. Unlike these books, however, Bezejmenná is also a dilogy consisting of two texts that are truly heterogeneous: the first, longer part is a typically Bondy-esque mixture of texts on various, albeit mostly very specific, personal and contemporary themes, while the second is a sort of "post-mortem," gloomy epilogue to the dystopia Invalidní sourozenci (1974). With his strongly critical remarks, particularly regarding Charter 77 and its "shadow establishment," Bondy stirred considerable discontent among the editors of the then Revolver Revue after the first part of this prose was published in samizdat, where a number of sharp critiques were subsequently published.
