Natural cultivation of fruits and vegetables not only brings much tastier food to our table than is usual; it also leads us to the roots of our existence and allows us to directly understand the meaning of our lives, as our activities in the organic garden are focused on life. This work enables us to recognize various connections between the world of plants and the world of animals, the earth, the universe, and humanity. Here, work and fun are no longer – unlike most productive activities – irreconcilable opposites. Observing the sprouting and growth of plants and aiding it, experiencing the constant transformation of natural processes – this meaningful activity in the open air allows us to experience feelings of pure joy that we felt as children – the joy of life.
