Jewish settlement in the territory of today's Czech Republic, dating back to the 10th century, is an integral part of our history and has left many unique monuments in our territory. In the map we present to you, we have tried to map the most important and interesting of them. At the same time, looking at their distribution on the map gives us at least a brief idea of how strongly Jews and their culture were integrated into our society and scattered across the Czech lands. A more detailed description of the monuments is dedicated to the back side of the map, where you will also learn about the current activities of Jewish communities and their projects.
