Krizové situace výchovy a výuky – Svoboda Jan (2015)

The authors describe a part of the essential educational problems manifesting in contemporary families and especially in the school environment. They focus primarily on specific stories and situations in the school setting. In the theory that complements practical solutions, they present the most common causes stemming from developmental and familial issues. They point out the complexity of the situation where the school lacks sufficient information about the child's development and parents lack sufficient information about what is happening at school. The text thus addresses traumas and their consequences, as well as upbringing, which results in behavior similar to personality disruption. The material for writing the text is the result of many years of collaboration with schools in the Czech Republic, which consulted their students' difficulties with experts, were willing to listen to recommendations, and achieved resolutions for individual cases. Therefore, the book aims to serve as inspiration for professionals of all kinds seeking solutions to conflict situations with children and youth without forceful elements and unnecessary sanctions.
