A contract is a voluntary commitment between two or more parties. By concluding it, the parties agree to adhere to the rules set forth in the content of the contract. The publication contains the most commonly used templates, lawsuits, and submissions from the fields of civil law, labor law, administrative law, criminal law, enforcement, tax proceedings, and construction law. All contracts were prepared by lawyers with experience in the respective field. Some templates, or groups of templates, which require closer explanation from a practical perspective regarding their legal regulation, are accompanied by brief notes. In some cases, we also provide the current wording of the legal provision. The publication includes an editable CD that will significantly ease your work. It is not possible to account for all legal aspects arising from special legal regulations in the templates, and each contract concluded in practice is individual.
