The 15th title in the pocket guide series is dedicated to Central Bohemia. It also includes a list of the most interesting sights in Prague. The latest addition to the expanding series of pocket guides is a publication dedicated to Central Bohemia. The introductory chapter provides a brief history of the region, followed by a description of the major sights in Prague and its immediate surroundings, and then chapters dedicated to individual regions (Kladno and Slaný, Rakovník and Beroun, Podbrdsko and Central Vltava, Benešov and Posázaví, Kutná Hora and Kutnohorsko, Central Polabí and Mělník, Mladá Boleslav). As usual, there is an overview of significant personalities associated with the region and a recipe for a local specialty. The guide is accompanied by tips for excursions, tourist attractions, opening hours of castles, chateaus, museums, etc., clear maps, web addresses, QR codes, and GPS coordinates. A wealth of color photographs is a given.
