Beschreibung
The textbook, which follows the publication 'English for Slightly and Moderately Advanced Self-Learners' in terms of its level, is intended not only for self-learners but is also applicable in various language courses of the corresponding level. The textbook focuses on practicing three basic skills:
• reading comprehension
• listening comprehension
• guided practice of oral expression at a level that guarantees users achieving a proficiency level of C1 (advanced user) according to the recommendations of the Council of Europe. The textbook is equipped with an answer key to the exercises, an English-Czech dictionary, and a glossary of English grammatical terminology, as well as an overview of verb tenses and forms of irregular verbs.
An integral part of the textbook includes two audio CDs. A final test will serve to assess success.
