The author, a rural thinker, seeks the rights of cities to exist, reveals the facade of "selfless" solidarity from foreign allies, compares the qualities of generals from our present and past, rejects the words with which foreign forces try to impose a distorted view of the world upon us, counts on his fingers the members of parliament and senators endowed with morality, conscience, and responsibility.
