Beschreibung
1. Comparisons, 2. Non-verbal expressions, 3. Verbal expressions, and 4. Sentence expressions are the individual parts of a four-part dictionary that captures today's Czech phraseology in all its breadth. The dictionary, unique even in an international context, presents in its uniformly processed, thematically specialized, but interrelated volumes an alphabetically arranged entry section and a subject index. The entries, whose selection in this edition is already based on corpus data, offer comprehensive information about today's usage of phrases, including synonymy, foreign language equivalents, etc. The first three volumes are being published in new, revised versions, while the fourth volume, which focuses on sentence phrases, is entirely new.
