A villain is anyone who exploits the permanent or temporary helplessness of others to rob them of material possessions, intellectual property, creative energy, good reputation, time, freedom, affection of loved ones, health, life, nerves, reason, personal happiness, or hopes. All this for their own enrichment, which may not always be material. A villain must constantly practice their villainy, and sometimes even a slight enhancement of their own power or the power of their pack over others, control and reinforcement of others' helplessness and dependence, honing their abilities to deceive and exhaust others into helplessness, and perfecting villainous tricks and schemes is enough for gain. This book is about how to survive all of this.
