The monograph presents a collection of recent findings mapping the diagnostic possibilities of contemporary traumatology, particularly concerning serious issues such as pelvic injuries. The book describes the basic diagnostic options and individual steps, as well as imaging methods for diagnosing injuries of the skeleton, vascular system, and urinary tract, in a didactically clear and visually well-documented manner. Various classification systems for pelvic injuries are described and compared with each other. Attention is also given to acetabular injuries within the context of pelvic injuries. A significant achievement of the authors is the fact that the clinical cases presented are shown not only from the perspective of diagnostic processes but also after definitive traumatological treatment. Therefore, this monograph can also serve as a therapeutic guideline or as a reference for subsequent therapeutic procedures.
